Italian cuisine is famous for its food traditions, still, we cannot forget that each region has ingredients, traditions, and dishes that make the culinary journey on the peninsula unique.
This conversation will focus on the peculiarities of Tuscan cuisine, starting from two famous books that will serve as an introduction to the richness of Tuscan Food: "The Art in the Kitchen and the Science of Eating Well" by Pellegrino Artusi, a milestone in the history of national cuisine, and the Adventures of Pinocchio, by the Florentine Carlo Collodi.
