Join us for the first-ever performance in Florence of The Death of Klinghoffer. Written by American composer John Adams, this powerful opera, inspired by the sensational news event of October 1985—the seizure and hijacking of the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro—explores the deep, myth-rooted conflicts that erupt into history.
